Codementrix is operated by Bikram Lenka (“we”, “us”). The site includes a blog, online compiler, developer tools, paid and free projects, document products, a portfolio and hire form, and Earn With Us. These terms are written for users in India and worldwide. They are not legal advice.
Using the site
- You must be able to form a contract under applicable law. If you are under 18, use the site only with a parent or guardian’s consent.
- Do not attack, scrape in a way that harms the service, bypass payment, or impersonate others.
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material you do not have the right to share.
- Do not paste secrets, production credentials, or personal data of other people into public comments, the compiler, or tools.
Accounts
Buyer accounts are for downloads and product PDFs. Earn With Us accounts are for contributors. Admin login is separate and uses email OTP. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or looks fraudulent.
Content we publish
Articles, site design, logos, and our original code samples are owned by Codementrix or used with permission. You may read and share links. You may not copy the site wholesale, resell our paid project files, or present our content as your own product without permission.
Code snippets in articles are for learning. We do not warrant that they are fit for production without your own review.
Compiler and tools
The compiler and tools are provided free, as-is, for learning and small tasks. Output may be wrong or incomplete. We are not liable for lost work, broken builds, or data you paste into a tool. Some tools run in your browser; others send input to our server to produce a result. Rate limits apply.
Projects and products
- Projects — paid project files are licensed for your own use after a successful Razorpay payment. Unless a listing says otherwise, you may not redistribute the source as a competing paid pack.
- Products — document generators (for example invoices) let you preview without login. Downloading a PDF requires a buyer account. Each product has a stated number of free PDFs; further downloads need an active paid plan processed through Razorpay.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply as charged at checkout. Successful payment is confirmed by Razorpay and our server. If a payment succeeds but a download fails, contact us with the order reference and we will restore access where the payment is verified.
Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise or we cannot deliver the file.
Portfolio and hire
The portfolio describes freelance work. Sending a hire request does not create a contract until both sides agree scope, fee, and timeline in writing. We may decline work that is a poor fit.
Earn With Us
Contributors submit topics or work under the Earn programme rules shown on that section. Approval, commission, and payout are at our discretion and depend on the settings and review status in admin. Do not submit content you do not own. We may reject or remove submissions that are copied, low quality, or unsafe.
Comments and feedback
Comments may be held for approval. Feedback submitted through the site may be used to improve Codementrix. Do not post spam, abuse, or other people’s private information.
Advertising
The site may show third-party ads, including Google AdSense. Ads are covered by our Privacy Policy and by the advertiser’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party landing pages.
Availability
We aim to keep Codementrix online but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, prices, and free limits may change. We may take the compiler or a tool down for abuse or maintenance.
Newsletter
If you join the newsletter, we may email you when a new article, project, or product is published. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails. Signing up is optional and is not required to use the rest of the site.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant error-free articles, compiler results, PDFs, or tools. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost profits or data) arising from use of Codementrix. Our total liability for a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If you continue to use the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
